The hopes were that McLaren would use the 2013 Dubai International Motor Show as a platform to announce the time that the P1 had achieved at the Nurburgring but sadly that was not to be. And although the car was present being revealed to a region where 40 orders have been placed (out of 375 total cars) we will have to wait for another time to know how quickly it lapped the Green Hell.
