Former Delhi Daredevils skipper Gautam Gambhir has revealed the success mantra of MS Dhoni. Gambhir said that the main reason of Dhoni led CSK's win in the IPL was that all the cricketing decisions of the team is taken by Dhoni it self and there is no interference by team management or owners.
