Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho feels the performance of his side merited three points as the Premier League leaders beat Stoke 2-1 at Stamford Bridge.

Eden Hazard gave the Blues the lead from the penalty spot before Charlie Adam equalised with an incredible goal from 65 yards out.

Loic Remy secured victory for Chelsea to leave Mourinho focused on picking up 16 points in their final eight games to ensure they win the title.
