PLEASE READ!!\rbrI used LOreal Excellence HiColor Red HiLights on my blonde (prelightened hair). To use this dye you do not have to prelighten your hair unless you have dyed it black or a darker color. Then I suggest using a color remover before using LOreal Excellence HiColor Red HiLights.\rbrThe directions say to use on DARK HAIR ONLY so instead of using 30 or 40 volume developer I used 20 volume.
