pAn American Airlines flight made an emergency landing in El Paso, Texas, after the plane sustained damage flying through a hail storm on Sunday night, June 3.ppThe flight was en route to Phoenix from San Antonio, Texas, when it ran into severe weather over New Mexico and turned south to land in El Paso.ppAn airline spokesman saida the nose, windshield panels and a cockpit side window were damaged, but the engines, including the fan blades, did not sustain any damage.ppThere were 130 passengers aboard the plane, along with five crew members, the spokesman saida .
