From our baking with Anchor Butter series, delicious no-bake chocolate cake made by Mumsnetter Emma and her two boys (who had a LOT of fun bashing up the digestive biscuits!).br br RECIPE & INGREDIENTSbr 85g Anchor butterbr 28g Sugarbr 1 tbsp Golden Syrupbr 227g crushed digestive biscuitsbr 2 tbsp Cocoabr Small packet chocolate drops or Flake barbr br Melt the butter, sugar and golden syrup in a saucepan. Stir in the crushed biscuits and cocoa, and tip into a 7” flan ring. Press everything down and top with extra chocolate if you're feeling decadent! You could also decorate the topping with the chocolate drops or crushed Flake bar. Then set-aside in the refrigerator until it's solid.
