Do give it try and share your experience with us.br br Ingredients br For Batter:br 1 cup Gram Flourbr Salt to tastebr 12 tsp Cumin Powderbr 12 tsp Red Chilli Powderbr 14 tsp Carom seed br Corianderbr 1 tsp Garlic, gratedbr 1 tsp Ginger, gratedbr Water as requiredbr 2-3 Green Chillies, finely choppedbr br For Potato Bhaji:br 1 Potato, cut into thin round slicesbr 12 tsp Red Chilli Powderbr Salt to tastebr Gram Flour Batterbr Oil for Frying br br Ingredients for Spinach Bhaji:br 8-10 Spinach Leaves br Gram Flour Batterbr Oil for Frying br br For Onion Bhaji:br 2 Onions, slicedbr Salt to tastebr 12 tsp Cumin powderbr 14 tsp Carom seedsbr 12 tsp Red chili powderbr Corianderbr 12 tsp Ginger, gratedbr 12 tsp Garlic, gratedbr 2 Green Chillies, finely choppedbr Gram Flour Batterbr Water as requiredbr br Method for Batter:br In a bowl add gram flour, salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, carrom seed, fresh coriander, grated garlic, grated ginger, water as required and mix wellbr Once done keep it aside. br br Method for Potato Bhaji:br Heat oil in a kadhai.br Marinate potato slices with salt & red chilli powder, gently rub the spices on the potatoes keep it aside to rest for 4-5 minutes.br Now add finely chopped green chillies to the prepared batter & mix well.br Dip the marinated potatoes into the batter and fry them till golden brown & crisp.br Once done, remove them out on a kitchen paper to remove the excess oilbr Your potato bhaji is ready.br br Method for Palak Bhaji:br Take few spinach leaves wash them and pat them dry br Now coat the palak with the prepared gram flour batter and fry till golden brown & crisp.br Once done, remove them out on a kitchen paper to remove the excess oil.br Your palak bhaji is readybr br Method for Onion Bhaji:br In a bowl add sliced onions, salt, cumin powder, carom seeds, red chilli powder, fresh coriander, grated ginger, grated garlic, finely chopped green chillies, gram flour, water as required & mix them well.br Once ready, fry them till they turn golden brown & crisp.br When done, remove them out on a kitchen paper to remove the excess oil br Your Onion Bhaji is ready.br You can serve the bhaji's with green chutney, tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice.br Happy Monsoon..
