When Victor and his father Rogelio Carrillo noticed an American flag had been torn to ribbons from the wind on top of a mountain in Lake Perris, California, they knew they had to do something. They had the perfect flag to replace the old one with, so they did the 8-mile round trip up to the mountaintop and made sure America was properly represented.
