It wasn't the kind of fireworks anyone was expecting at the Guam BBQ Block Party on Saturday night. Matter of fact Lt. Governor Ray Tenorio is still feeling the heat. That's because a complaint has officially been filed with the Guam Police Department now prompting an investigation by the Office of the Attorney General. Today, the Lt. Governor granted one on one interviews with island media and told KUAM News he doesn't believe a crime was even committed.
