br pPolice and protesters clashed in Oakland during a July 23 rally, held in response to a fatal stabbing that occurred on an Oakland train.ppA man stabbed 18-year-old Nia Wilson and her sister, Latifa, on the platform of Oakland’s MacArthur station Sunday night. Wilson succumbed to her injuries and her sister is being treated for a neck wound.ppPolice arrested suspect John Cowell at the Pleasant Hill station after an annoymous tip from a passenger.
