pA dancing “tyrannosaurus rex” and its partner won first place for their charity reel at the Rince Tuath Nua North America Nationalsa on July 21.ppDancers Liam and Tatiana from Flying Irish Dancersa (an Irish dance school based in Massachusetts) took home the gold for their hilarious reel which featured Tatiana dressed up as a terrifying T-rex. The dino-duo mixed traditional Irish dancing with elements of the Cretaceous period, and the bizarre combination definitely paid off.ppThe dance was choreographed and filmed by the school’s artistic director Mary-Sarah O’Hanlona, and had over 80,000 views on Facebook at the time of writing.
