He belonged to an ismailibr community, and later converted into Sunni Sect.br The fisrt law minister of Pakistan, and also the Secondbr Minister for commonwealth and Kashmir affairsbr Jogendra Nath Mandal was a low caste hindu.br He remained in Liaquat Ali Khan’s cabinet for 3 yearsbr and then left the country after getting disheartened.br Pakistan’s first foreign minister Sir Zafrullah Khan wasbr also an Ahmedi , He formulated country’s foreignbr policy for seven years under three Muslimbr governments. He also became first Pakistani judge inbr International Court of Justice.br A christian by faith Justice Alvin Robert Corneliusbr remained the Chief Justice of Islamic Republic ofbr Pakistan for 8 years.br He Spent his whole life in a room of Lahore’s Flattiesbr hotel.br General Muhammad Musa Khan Hazara was a four-starbr Army General. He was Commander in chief of Pakistanbr Army in 1965 War. He also remained on high profilebr designations i.e Governor of West Pakistan, Governorbr of Balochistan, President of Pakistan Hockeybr Federation. But we don’t see this national hero in ourbr books because he belonged to Hazara Tribe.br A Christian flight Lieutenant Cecil Chaudhry was herobr pilot of Pakistan Air Force in 1965 War.br Three Star Army General Abdul Ali Malik was hero ofbr Battle of Chawinda. His pictures were removed frombr the books because he was an Ahmedi by faith.br Major General Iftikhar Khan Janjua Shaheed fought inbr the wars of 1965 and 1971. He was the hero of Battlebr of Chamb. His pictures were also removed from booksbr because he was Ahmedi.br And most prominent of all the first Pakistani and firstbr Muslim to recieve the Nobel Prize in Science Dr Abdusbr Salam had to leave the country because he wasbr Ahmedi Muslim.
