Death toll in flood hit Kerala has risen to 357 and even though the state authorities have withdrawn red alert across Kerala. The situation remains grim in Kerala as thousands remain stranded; Kottayam, Idukki, Ernakulam and Pathanam-Thitta are among the worst hit districts.
