PKR central committee member Abdullah Sani Abdul Rahim has today issued a formal apology to Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad for alleging that the latter was plotting to stop Harapan de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim from becoming the country's next premier.br br A letter by Abdullah was delivered to Mahathir's office this morning.
