LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Khawaja Saad Rafique has submitted his nomination papers for NA-131 Lahore IX constituency, to contest in the upcoming by-polls.br br In general elections of July 25, Rafique had lost the contest in NA-131 seat with thin margin against Prime Minister Imran Khan.
