The video, you're watching right now, is by far the longest video-walkthrough project from a computer game, I have ever made. Despite the fact, I named it the "PC Walkthrough", you may consider it as a "Longplay", which is my very first one, by the way. Either way, this is a playthrough of an old racing game, called "Need For Speed II Special Edition" for the PC, developed and released by Electronic Arts in 1997. br br The game is a sequel to "The Need For Speed" - the criticaly acclaimed and revolutionary at its time first installment, which debuted three years earlier. Just like in the predecessor, once again we gain the ability to take a preferable sportscar and drive it on a selectable race or casual track, depending on our needs. This time however, we get a totally new pack of supercars to drive, new pack of tracks, inspired by real locations around the world and new gameplay mechanics. As for the sequel, NFS II offered new, technical features, such as improved graphics and a new, original soundtrack. The "Special Edition", which was released shortly after, expanded the main content from the standard version of the game, by increasing the number of tracks and cars, including three bonus cars and adding new gameplay features, by supporting 3DFX Glide hardware-acceleration. br br This video is the second and final part of the playthrough, that covers last three races in tournament mode.
