He found out there was an ostrich farm near his home in Montreal, so he decided to buy an egg and give it a go.ppDavid turned the omelette making experience into a very fun family affair. He cracked open the extremely hard exterior of the egg with a hammer, and poured the contents into bowl. One single ostrich egg is the equivalent to a whopping 24 regular eggs.
