pA dog found wandering the streets of Houston, Texas, with a shoelace embedded so deep into his neck, his face had become extremely swollen, underwent a facial massage at Texas A&M Small Animal Clinic to help relieve the damage.ppThe dog, named Gus, was rescued by Houston K-911 Rescuea and underwent several surgeriesa to remove the scarred tissue around his neck caused by the shoelace.ppOn September 5, a video was shared by the rescue organization showing Gus enjoying a massage at Texas A&M Small Animal Clinica to help reduce the swelling on his face and neck.ppThe dog also had to wear some special glasses during the procedure and seemed to be enjoying the experience.
