That’s the word from her doctor, who gave her a brace for her wrist pain and specific instructions about how she has to hold her phone. She has her act as her selfie assistant, holding the phone so she can take a video promoting her KKW Fragrance Valentine’s Day launch. Paxy, who’s laden with camera equipment for the show, daintily holds the phone, saving Kim’s delicate wrist.
