pThe Ohio River was expected to crest later Monday evening, September 10, at 26 feet after days of heavy rain inundated the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, at the confluences of the Ohio, Allegheny, and Monongahela Rivers.ppThis video was shot on the Allegheny side of the city, showing the flooded riverside walkway overlooking Roberto Clemente Bridge and panning toward the Interstate 279 bridge. Just beyond that bridge is Point Park State Park, at the confluence of the rivers.
