Chinese authorities are calling now-tropical storm Mangkhut the "King of Storms" as it continues on its destructive path- first the Philippines, then Hong Kong, then mainland China have been hit by the storm and are now facing floods, landslides, destroyed buildings and a monumental recovery effort.
