46-year-old chemist, Lee Wooi Keong has been charged with possessing 27kg of methamphetamine at a factory in the SME industrial zone of Bukit Tengah, Penang on Sept 12. No plea was recorded and the case was postponed to Nov 22, pending a chemistry report.
