Former Negri Sembilan mentri besar Tan Sri Isa Samad will contest the Oct 13 Port Dickson by-election as an independent candidate.br br Isa’s running will make the by-election at least a three-cornered fight between PKR president-elect Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and another independent candidate, Stevie Chan Keng Leong.br br Nomination day is set for Sept 29.
