The town received 34.2 mm of rain overnight after the dust storm passed, according to the ABCa, double the amount reported for the whole year to date.ppThe Bureau of Meteorology warned of up to 45 mm of rain in Sydney on Thursday and wind gusts of up to 50 kph along the New South Wales coast. Downpour was also expected in Dubbo, Orange, Bathurst, Mudgee and Wollongonga .ppParts of the state, which had been declared 100 percent in drought in Augusta, could expect up to one month’s worth of rain on Thursday and Friday, 9Newsa reported.
