Do try this instant breakfast recipe at home and do not forget to share your feedback in the comments below.br br Ingredients:br Oilbr 12 tsp Asafoetidabr 1 tsp Mustard seedsbr 2 Green Chillies, choppedbr 10-12 Curry leavesbr 1 tsp Split chickpeasbr 1 tbsp Urad Dalbr 1 cup Semolinabr Salt to tastebr Turmeric powderbr Oil for greasingbr Carrot, gratedbr Cashewsbr Chilli powderbr Coriander leavesbr 1 cup Yoghurtbr Vegetables (Carrot, Green peas, 1 onions, coriander leaves)br Water as requiredbr Baking powderbr br Method of preparation:br Heat oil in a vessel, add asafoetida, mustard seeds, green chillies, saute it nicely.br Add curry leaves, chana dal, urad dal, saute them until the lentils turn red.br Add semolina, salt, turmeric powder, roast them on low flame for 7-8 minutes.br Transfer the semolina mixture on to a bowl and let it cool.br Heat water in a steamer.br Grease the idli molds and place a cashew, carrot, coriander leaves in each mold.br Add yoghurt to the semolina mixture and whisk it nicely.br Add green peas, carrot, onion, coriander leaves, water, mix well and keep the batter aside to rest for 10-15 minutes.br Add baking powder, mix well and pour it into the idli molds.br Sprinkle some red chilli powder, keep it inside the steamer and let it cook for 15 minutes.br Demold the idlis once it cools down.br Our Healthy Rava Idli is ready to eat.
