Britain's Prince Harry and wife Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, arrived in Dubbo in rural New South Wales on October 17 to unveil a new aircraft for the Royal Flying Doctors Service (RFDS). The royal couple were greeted by school children before touring the RFDS facility but it was five-year-old Luke Vincent who stole the limelight, feeling the Prince's beard and hugging both of them.
