Do try it at home and let us know your feedback in the comments below.br br br Ingredients:br 1 12 tbsp Oilbr 1 tsp Cumin seedsbr 2 Green Chillies, slitbr 14 tsp Asafoetidabr 3 Small Potato, dicedbr 14 tsp Turmeric powderbr Salt to tastebr Water as requiredbr 1-12 cup Fenugreek Leaves, choppedbr 14 tsp Coriander&Cumin seeds powderbr br Method of preparation:br Heat oil in a vessel, add cumin seeds, green chillies, asafoetida, potatoes, turmeric powder, salt and give it a toss. br Add water, mix well, cover it and let it cook till the potatoes are done.br Add fenugreek leaves, give it a mix and let the leaves cook for 2-33-4 minutes.br Add coriander&cumin seeds powder, mix well and turn off the flame.br Our Aloo Methi is ready to serve.
