MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said party members will decide whether MCA will remain or leave Barisan Nasional.
Dr Wee, who is running for the party's top post, said it is not his place to tell the direction of the party and would allow delegates to make a decision during its general assembly on Dec 2.
The Ayer Hitam MP told reporters that at the parliament lobby on Thursday when he was asked to comment on former Umno youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin remarks that MCA will remain with Barisan Nasional.
