Two suspects have opened fire at an arts festival in New Jersey, injuring at least 20 people, prosecutors say. One of the suspects was killed. The incident happened at about 2:45 a.m. ET on Sunday when officers were called to reports of shots being fired at the "Art All Night" festival in Trenton, a city about 52 miles southwest of New York City.
