Bersih 2.0 unveiled its election observation report on the Port Dickson by-election on Friday which covers nomination day, election campaigning, early voting, and the tallying process. The electoral watchdog revealed 10 "offences". Among them was Pakatan Harapan candidate Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's appearance at an awards ceremony for army veterans where no other candidates were invited.
