It's the spookiest time of the year and that means you'll need some spooky desserts to make sure your party guests don't become angry ghouls. That's why we always turn to our practitioner of the delicious arts, Jessica Hord. Once you make "Spooky Pie," you'll want to have some year round.br br  br br You'll Need:br br — 1 (14.3 oz.) regular Oreo cookies, dividedbr br — 8 tbsp. melted butterbr br — 8 oz. softened cream cheesebr br — 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin pureebr br — 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla puddingbr br — 2 cups whole milkbr br — 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spicebr br — 1 (8oz.) thawed tub whipped toppingbr br  br br Instructions:br br 1. Crunch nine cookies and set aside. Crunch the remainder of the package and mix with melted butter in a 13x9 inch pan. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.br br  br br 2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth. Add vanilla pudding, milk, and pumpkin pie spice and mix until blended.br br  br br 3. Spread mixture over cookie crust, top with a layer of whipped topping and sprinkle the Oreos you set aside on top.
