Concrete can be used to help create a sturdy base floor. The walls should be constructed modularly out of the pallets by using them as a substitute for a wooden stud frame structure, as long as they’ve been treated with a polyurethane varnish to add an extra layer of strength.brDue to the heavy weight of the pallets, it’s not recommended that they be used for the roof. Metal sheathings and other roof materials will better withstand the weather and provide greater support to the pallet house.
