Coopers Crossing is embroiled in a gold rush when an old man dies and leaves a map pointing to a gold reef. Reg Hodges has finally found gold, but dies before he can stake a claim. After his house is burgled, Geoff posts a scrappy map pointing to the gold reef on the wall of the bar and the locals are struck with gold fever.
