The 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal and kleptocracy will be included as part of the History syllabus, said Education Minister Dr Maszlee Malik in the Dewan Rakyat on Monday.br br His remark was welcomed by other MPs but Pontian MP Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan also requested the ministry to include the so-called fact that 1MDB had an “asset of RM42bil” despite its huge debt.
