The Kuala Lumpur High Court on Friday decided that former Felda chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad and other former officials of Felda Global Ventures to respond to the firm’s lawsuit seeking RM514mil in damages over the purchase of Asian Plantation Ltd.
