Stephen Miller appeared on CNN to defend President Donald Trump not going through with building a border wall during his first two years in office despite having a Republican majority in both the House and The Senate during that time. Miller appeared during a TV interview earlier in the week with sprayed on hair to cover his baldness. He was back to being bald when he was interviewed on CNN.
