Coconut, Vanilla & Passion-fruit Chia Puddingbr (Makes 1-2 depending on how much you eat lmao)br Ingredients:br - 34 cup chia seedsbr - 1 12 cup coconut milkbr - 2 tbsp Vanilla Bean Coyo (*)br - pulp of 2 passion-fruitsbr - splash of vanillabr br Method:br 1. Mix all ingredients together in a jarbr 2. Put lid on the jar, place in fridge for a couple of hours or overnightbr br 2. Banana & Walnut Breakfast Muffinsbr (Makes 12)br Ingredients:br - 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax-meal + 3 tbsp water)br - 3 bananas, mashedbr - 1 cup buckwheat flourbr - 1 cup almond mealbr - pinch of Himalayan saltbr - 12 cup maple syrupbr - 1 cup almond milkbr - 1 tsp baking powderbr - splash of vanillabr - 3 handfuls of walnuts, choppedbr br Method:br 1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowlbr 2. Gradually add wet ingredients, mix wellbr 3. Add chopped walnuts to mixture, mix wellbr 4. Place 1 heaped tbsp of mixture in each section of a greased muffin traybr 5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsiusbr 6. Leave to cool and enjoy!br br 3. Baked Oat & Nut Butter Granolabr (Makes 3-4 servings)br Ingredients: br - 1 cup oatsbr - 12 cup quinoa puffsbr - 12 cup rice bran cerealbr - 14 cup sunflower seedsbr - 14 cup cacao nibsbr - 2 tbsp flax-mealbr - pinch of Himalayan pink saltbr - handful of roasted hazelnutsbr - 1 jar of macro organics brazil nut, almond and cashew butterbr - 12 cup maple syrupbr br Method:br 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well-combinedbr 2. Place mixture into a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutesbr 3.
