South, North Korean directors of inter-Korean joint liaison office meet Friday to discuss peninsula affairs

南천해성-北황충성 공동연락사무소서 소장회의... 남북간 현안•북미협의 논의br br The directors of the two Koreas' joint liaison office met this morning to discuss cross-border cooperation issues, possibly including the delivery of antiviral drugs to the North.br South Korea's Vice Unification Minister Chun Hae-sung and North Korea's Hwang Chung-song, a senior official from its reunification committee, held an hour-long meeting at the office just north of the border.br The duo touched on current inter-Korean affairs and the recent developments between Pyeongyang and Washington.br The two sides are expected to have also discussed Seoul's plans to send 200-thousand doses of Tamiflu antiviral medication to the North.br The provision itself has been determined, but the date has not been set yet.
