Transforming traditional conservatories with limited lifespan and usage into living spaces that can be used year-round and for far longer. br br In this video we explain our process for installers.. br br (00:06) – Ordering a new Leka System couldn’t be easier, or more comprehensive for your customer. br (00:14) – They simply send an enquiry through our website, leaving their contact number. br (00:22) - The enquiry will be picked up by a Leka office who will then contact the customer to pre-qualify the enquiry before it will be sent to you, the Leka certified installer. br (00:34) – As a Leka certified installer you will then contact the customer to arrange a site visitation br (00:44) – All qualified Leka installers are capable of providing a detailed quotation. br (00:54) – So, what does becoming a Leka installer entail? br (01:00) – Firstly, you will be trained to fully understand the unique benefits of the system. br (01:10) – Each superior layer of the Leka system is explained in detail to assist you in providing a tailored solution for the home owner. br (01:20) – As a Leka installation company, you will receive a corner sample as part of a pack that can be shown in meetings. br (01:31) - Finally, you will be fully tested to ensure your knowledge of the system is of the highest standard. br (01:40) - After your meeting, you will supply a quote. br (01:48) – If you secure an order for a Leka system, a site survey will need to be undertaken to obtain final measurements. br (02:00) – The full specification of the roof is then provided to a certified fabricator to manufacture the roof components to exacting standards. br (02:09) – Next, the roofing system is designed by fabricators using specialised 3D software. br (02:16) – The system is then sent to the shop floor for measuring and cutting, and then packaging. br (02:25) – Next, your roofing system is readied for assembly and shipped out. br (02:33) – To ensure quality assurance installers will need to undertake an installation course. br (02:41) – All of our installers undergo intensive training delivered by our technical director before being tested and certified. br (02:50) – Your existing conservatory roof is dismantled and removed from site. br (02:58) – The GRP structure is erected and secured. br (03:05) – A high-grade pre-cut Celotex insulation is then inserted into your roof structure and taped. br (03:14) – External Leka sheets are then layered accordingly before a membrane is added. br (03:21) – The external Leka high grade membrane is then added onto the boards, your Leka system is now weather right. br (03:31) – Either a Metrotile or Tapco external tile finish is assembled. br (03:38) – Wiring for lights is run prior to the internal Leka sheers being fitted.
