To win some really cool goodies, follow the video till the end & participate in the contest!br br Ingredientsbr 5 leaves of cabbagebr 250 gm cottage cheesebr ½ red bell pepper finely choppedbr ½ green capsicum finely choppedbr ½ cup of corn niblet boiledbr A pinch of pepperbr 1 green chilli finely choppedbr Salt to tastebr Pakoda mixbr Cloves to secure the parcel foldsbr Oil for fryingbr br Method:br Boil a liter of water with little salt and put the cabbage leaves in the hot water for 2 minutes before removing thembr br In a bowl crumble the cottage cheese and add the red bell pepper, capsicum, corn, green chilies, salt and pepper and mix wellbr br Take a cabbage leaf and place a small portion of the cottage cheese in the center of the leaf br br Fold the leaf and secure the edges with a clove.br br Add water to the pakoda mix and make a thick batter. br br Dip your cabbage parcels in it and fry them golden brown.
