This curry recipe goes amazingly well with roti, paratha or naan.br Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.br br br For Koftabr 500 gms Bottle Gourd, gratedbr 14 tsp Garam Masalabr 14 tsp Turmeric powderbr 12 tsp Red Chilli powderbr 12 tsp Coriander&Cumin seed powderbr 14 tsp Asafoetidabr 14 tsp Garlic pastebr 14 tsp Ginger pastebr 2 tbsp Oilbr 1 Green Chilli, choppedbr 2 cups Gram flourbr Oil for fryingbr Saltbr Coriander leavesbr br For Gravybr Oilbr 1 tsp Cumin seedsbr 1 tsp Fenugreek seedsbr 1 tsp Carom seedsbr 1 tbsp Ginger, gratedbr 1 tbsp Garlic, gratedbr 2 Green Chillies, choppedbr 10-15 Curry leavesbr 14 tsp Asafoetidabr 1 Onion, gratedbr 5 Tomatoes, boiled&pureedbr 1 tsp Coriander&Cumin seed powderbr 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powderbr 14 tsp Turmeric powderbr 1 tsp Garam Masalabr Saltbr 1 cup Green peasbr 2½ cups Waterbr Coriander leavesbr br For Koftabr In a bowl, add bottle gourd, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander&cumin seed powder, asafoetida, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chilli, gram flour and mix well.br br For Currybr Heat oil in a vessel, add salt & coriander leaves to the mixture, take small portions of the mixture and leave it inside the oil.br In a pan, heat oil, add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, carom seeds, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, asafoetida, onion, saute the onions until they are nice and brown.br Add tomato puree, coriander&cumin seed powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, green peas, give it a mix.br Let the gravy boil for 8-10 mins.br Add water, let the gravy boil for 4-5 minutes and then add the kofta's.br Add coriander leaves, mix well, cover and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.br Switch off the flame and transfer it to a serving bowl.br Our Lauki Kofta is ready.
