This hapless python had to be rescued after getting itself stuck in a wire fence. A gardener noticed the 9ft long snake curled up on the ground outside a home in the Sri Racha district of Chonburi, Thailand, on Tuesday (2901) morning. The startled python slithered away but its dash for freedom was foiled after it tried to scale a mesh fence.
