Kush had made two br paintings, "The Candle" br and "The Candle 2," Kush claims Freenjoy Inc., who produced the video, has a history of ripping off artists. Freenjoy also produced Kendrick Lamar and SZA's video, "All the Stars," which was sued by a different artist. Kush is suing both Grande br and Freenjoy for copyright br infringement and wants the br video removed from the internet.
