Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.br br Ingredients:-br 2 tbsp Oilbr 1 tsp Ginger-garlic, crushedbr 1 tsp Cumin seedsbr 10-12 Curry Leavesbr 12 tsp Asafoetidabr 1 tsp Mustard seedsbr 12 Bunch Spinach, choppedbr 14 tsp Turmeric powderbr Coriander leavesbr 1 Tomato, choppedbr 1 Onion, choppedbr 1 tsp Coriander powderbr 1 tbsp Mix Masalabr Salt to tastebr Water as requiredbr 1 cup Tur Dal, cookedbr br Method:-br In a vessel, heat oil add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger-garlic, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, onion, tomatoes, saute them till the onion and tomato softens.br Add salt, coriander powder, mix masala, spinach, dal, water, mix well and give it a boil.br Our Palak Dal is ready to serve.
