B-town actress Kalki Koechlin is super excited for her forthcoming film 'Margarita With A Straw'. While on the promotional spree, Kalki was recently spotted at the 93.5 Red FM office, Mumbai. The movie has been the talk of the town since quite some time now. Recently superstar Aamir Khan was seen at the trailer launch, praising the movie. 'Margarita with a straw' is the story of a girl Laila, who is suffering from physical disorder Cerebral Palsy, but manages to go and settle her life abroad.
At the Red FM office, Kalki shared her experience of shooting for the film, and also spoke about how she was initially scared to donn the character, after reading the script. Also present at the venue was Shonali Bose, who wrote and directed the film.
At the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival, 'Margarita With A Straw' has won the NETPAC award as the Best Asian Film. The movie is slated to have a national release in India on 17 April 2015.
