Australia took control of the second Test against India as the visitors lost half the side in chase of 287 runs. Australia were bowled out for 243 in their second innings, thus setting India 287 runs to win. India’s chase got off to poor start as Mitchell Starc removed KL Rahul in the first over. India then kept losing wicket at regular intervals and at close of play were 1125 in 41 overs.
