Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.br br Ingredients:br For Manchurian:br 150 gms Paneerbr 12 cup Cabbage, choppedbr 2 tbsp Capsicum, finely choppedbr 2 tbsp Carrot, finely choppedbr 1 Green Chilli, finely choppedbr Salt to tastebr Black pepperbr 2 tbsp Plain flourbr 2 tbsp Corn flourbr Oil for fryingbr br For Gravy:br 1½ tbsp Oilbr 2 tbsp Garlic, choppedbr 2 tbsp Ginger, choppedbr 2 tbsp Celery, choppedbr 2 tbsp Soy saucebr 2 tbsp Chilli-Garlic saucebr 14 cup Tomato ketchupbr 2 Green Chillies, finely choppedbr Black Pepper powderbr 1 cup Waterbr 1 tbsp Corn flour+12 cup water= corn flour slurrybr Saltbr 2 Spring Onions, finely choppedbr br Method of preparation:br For Manchurian:br In a bowl, add paneer, cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green chilli, salt, black pepper, plain flour, corn flour and mix them well.br Shape them into 12 inch balls.br Fry them in hot oil until they are crisp.br br br For Gravy:br Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, celery, saute the ingredients for a min.br Add soy sauce, chilli-garlic sauce, ketchup and give it a mix.br Add green chillies, black pepper powder, water and give it a boil.br Add corn flour slurry, boil the slurry for 2-3 minutes.br Add salt, Manchurian balls and let them cook for 2-3 minutes.br Add spring onions, mix well and our Paneer Manchurian is ready.
