Trump has continually requested $5.7 billion for a br border wall and mentioned the possibility of declaring br a national emergency if those funds aren't received. Trump spoke at a rally in El Paso, Texas, br Monday night where he told supporters that lawmakers br were making progress to avoid another shutdown.
