Good morning, let's start today's weather report by giving you the outlook in Hanoi where the second North Korea-U.S summit is set to kick off two days of meetings. The Vietnamese capital will see very light morning rain then lots of cloud coverage.

As for Korea, Seoul had early spring weather with improved air... we'll have pretty much a repeat of yesterday's weather except the air quality will be bad again. Regions in the west will have high levels of ultra fine dust so have your face masks ready.

Temperature-wise, morning lows in most areas are kicking off on the cool side again under lots of clouds at 2 degrees in Seoul, 3 degrees in Daejeon.

By the afternoon,... highs will range between 10 and 15 degrees, expect to see more clouds as the day goes on and southern areas will see light showers tonight.

Typical early spring weather to persist with wide temperature gaps to continue in Seoul and for most areas.
