It was alleged that he used inflammatory and derogatory language against a particular community during his public speeches last month.br br Akbaruddin Owaisi, who represents Chandrayangutta Assembly constituency, has been booked under Section 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion) and Section 295A (deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings) of IPC.
